Quepos Costa Rica Surf School Packages

You will arrive into San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. Quepos is located on the Pacific Coast about 3 ½ hours drive from the International airport. We can either have one of our driver’s meet you at the airport with a sign with you name on it and drive you through the mountains and coffee fields and than down the coastal highway along to the Manuel Antonio Surf School or you can take a short 20 minute hopper flight directly into Quepos where you will be met by one of our camp representatives and brought to your hotel.

Beginner Surfer Package:
After breakfast your Surf guide will come by your hotel and transfer you to Manuel Antonio Beach (pick up time will depend upon the tides you will advised in advance). You will you be provided a 3 hour surf session. After 3 hours of surfing you’ll be surfed out and ready to eat and take a break, go on a Canopy tour or hike at the National Park. That evening you can dine at one of the killer restaurants in town and than kickback or if you have the energy you can go check out the Local night life.

Advanced Surfer Package:
After breakfast your Surf guide will come by your hotel and take you surfing in the Play Jaco /Playa Hermosa area depending on conditions and how big of a wave you are looking for (pick up time may depend upon the tides you will advised in advance). We’ll surf for about 3 hour’s bring your camera if you would like and you guide can take photos or we can even arrange for a private photo session with one of the local professional surf photographers (not included in package)

After surfing 3 hours we’ll head back to the hotel for lunch have lunch and take a break, go on a Canopy tour or hike at the National Park or go surfing again behind the hotel. That evening you can dine at one of the killer restaurants in town and than kickback or if you have the energy you can go check out the Local night life.

This program has a suggested Saturday-to-Saturday program schedule. However, guests can start this program on any day of the week.

This Costa Rica Surf package is designed for our guest that would like to do a combination of surfing, relaxing and Adventure tours. It includes just 3 days of Surf School the other 2 days your free to surf on your own, or spend doing things like white water rafting, Canopy tour etc. We can either pre-book your tours or if you would like more flexibility we can book your tours for you when you arrive.

If you would like to come to the camp for just a night (accommodations included at Hotel La Sirena) or if you would like to just do the surf camp without accommodations included we are happy to accommodate you at the following prices. The package will include surf lessons and transportation to the best local beach depending on level of surfer’s ability and wave conditions. All rates are per person per day.

Transfer - RT domestic Flights from San Jose run about $120.00 per surfer 
Note: If you are bringing your own surfboard you may want to have us set up a private transfer with one our vans because these smaller Hopper flights do not allow boards if the flights are very full or if the Surfboard is longer than 7 ft long.
Private Van and or Shuttle transfer Prices very according to number of people in the group and the time and day of arrival please ask your travel planner for best option.

Rental Surfboard - You can either bring your own surfboard or we can provide you with a rental board for the week that would best suit your style, size and skill level. Rental board price range from $15- $20 per day or a weekly rate of $95.00 depending in type of board required.

All Package Rates Include:

• Daily In-water surf instruction.
• Beach training: surfing etiquette, wave knowledge, ocean safety.
• Discount rates on Adventures tours such as Canopy Tours, Horseback Riding, Kayaking, ATV tours, World class fishing and white water rafting just to name a few.
• Accommodation at the Sirena Hotel in downtown Quepos.
• Round-trip transportation from the Quepos Airport to the hotel if traveling by Nature Air or Sansa.
• Free Guided trip to the Manuel Antonio National Park
• All rates are per person with taxes included

Not included:

• Transfers from the San Jose airport: ask your Tico Travel agent for details, prices vary depending upon mode of transportation and flight times.
• Rental board $15- $20 per day or a weekly rate of $95.00.
• Meals not included.
